Russia Ready to Resume Talks with Ukraine and the United States

Moscow, October 21 (Petra) — The Kremlin confirmed on Wednesday that Russia is ready to resume trilateral talks with Ukraine and the United States in November, after negotiations had been suspended since last February. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said during a press conference that President Vladimir Putin had informed U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff of Moscow's readiness in principle to resume the talks as of November 10, noting that the negotiations would focus on building a security system for Russia and Ukraine after the end of the war.
